We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, inspirational and energetic English specialist to assist the Head of English to lead our English Faculty. We have a large team of talented and enthusiastic staff in the English faculty who have made significant improvements to the quality of teaching and the outcomes for our pupils over the last few years. 

We want someone who is passionate about learning and teaching of English, and who has the vision, commitment and determination to raise standards across all levels and abilities. The post would suit someone who has experience of leading improvements in teaching in an English faculty and who is ambitious for the role of Head of English in the future. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a mixture of creative, innovative and engaging teaching practices to motivate, inspire and challenge all pupils to produce the highest quality work in order to make outstanding progress.

Our pupils are fantastic and we need someone who is passionate about making a positive difference to their experience and future prospects.
