The Blandford School is a successful school with high aspirations for our students and rated Good by Ofsted. With outstanding facilities, and inspirational and dedicated staff, we seek to appoint an ambitious and creative Deputy Head of Faculty for our Humanities Department, with either Geography or History as a specialism. The Blandford School has created a supportive and dynamic environment, and has a proven track record for developing and retaining our colleagues into further leadership roles.
This role would suit a teacher with experience of teaching across a number of Key Stages who would relish joining an established and successful team under the guidance of an outstanding Head of Faculty. There is the opportunity to teach at all Key Stages within your specialism and to develop your skills with bespoke professional development support. You will be working alongside a team of professionals with high expectations and aspirations for our students.
