About the Role: 

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the role of a support staff lead in the sixth form team. Hours and days are flexible and there is an opportunity for full time term time only. 

The Deputy Head of Sixth Form will work with the Head of Sixth Form and tutors to ensure the academic progress of students is as high as possible. They will identify students who are underachieving and put systems in place to support them. They will also provide support to all students on developing better study habits.
