We are looking for an exceptional maths teacher and developing leader to join our upper academy maths team. The successful candidate will have ambition to become the faculty leader and will work closely with a deputy head to develop and realise this ambition.
We are an aspirational academy operating across two school sites. The Lower Academy specialises in the teaching of our Key Stage 3 students, whilst the Upper Academy specialises in teaching Key Stage 4 and 5. This post will be based at the Upper Academy.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher, able to demonstrate impact in a leadership role or the potential to achieve this, and have an enthusiasm that will inspire students to outstanding outcomes.
In December 2015 both of our Academies were graded as 'Good' by Ofsted and our goal over the next 12 months is to achieve 'Outstanding'. We are confident we can achieve this and are looking for colleagues who share the drive and passion necessary to ensure every student achieves their potential.
