The Governors, staff and pupils wish to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and inspirational Primary leader to play a significant role in the Senior Leadership Team of our all-through school.
The key aspects of the role are leading by example to develop provision within the primary phase, enhance teaching and learning practices and actively contribute to the leadership of the school.
We are looking for someone who has:
* The ability to demonstrate outstanding teaching and learning
* The ability to play a key role in the strategic development and operational management of the school
* Proven experience of managing teams and initiatives to raise standards
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire members of our school community
* Vision and energy to motivate and support pupils and staff
* A commitment to raising standards and to nurturing success in every child
* A compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents and colleagues
We have excellent, modern facilities – Sports hall, Computing and Art/D&T suites, several group rooms, large field and play spaces, woodland, and on-site gym facilities

About Eastbrook School
Eastbrook School is an Ofsted rated Good, all-through school in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and is part of the Barking Abbey family. Founded in 1933, Eastbrook has a well-established history of serving the local community, with many generations of families attending as students and even joining as staff. The primary school opened in 2016 and is growing in size year on year. The secondary school transferred into new, state of the art buildings in 2017, benefitting from purpose-built specialist learning environments with industry level resources.
