We are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Head of Senior (Pastoral) to work with our highly engaged students and parents in our Senior School.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Head of Senior (Pastoral) to join our vibrant school. As a member of the Senior School Leadership Team, the Deputy Head of Senior will need to be passionate, motivated and show a genuine commitment to creating an inspiring and stimulating learning environment which challenges and supports all students.  

The successful candidate will be someone who can lead with a clear vision for the development of the Senior School and have the energy, expertise, experience and communication skills to lead and inspire others. We are seeking to appoint a person of vision and strength, who shows independence of thought and creativity, whilst maintaining the highest standards of integrity in the following areas:

• Deep pastoral care, child protection and safeguarding
• High Performance Learning and innovative curriculum development supported by a dynamic digital strategy to enhance HPL
• The ability to lead the establishment of coaching culture to support growth through dialogue and trust
• Working constructively with all stakeholders to lean into our vision, mission and values
