First-class communication skills and the personal authority to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents are essential. An attractive salary will be paid commensurate with the role and the experience of the successful candidate. This role is residential given the overall responsibility for pastoral care and boarding. An attractive four bedroomed family house in the centre of the village will be provided for the post holder free from utilities and council tax.
