An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious individual to take on a key role in this leading independent day school to lead the pastoral life for 500 pupils and 140 staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible to the Headmaster for the delivery and oversight of our outstanding pastoral provision. They will also be expected to contribute to the strategic aspects of the School. He/She will also, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, advise on all aspects of strategy, policy and resourcing. The person appointed will have vision, energy and the potential for their own Headship at a later stage.

Orley Farm School has prepared pupils for entry to 57 schools over the past 5 years as we believe in finding the right school for the individual. However, this Pastoral position is about preparing our pupils well beyond this step to be able to live fulfilling, happy and purposeful lives!

Orley Farm School has its own salary scale, with the role being paid according to experience and qualifications.
