A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Primary School teacher or leader to join a thriving Dulwich College section in the heart of Seoul, one of Asia’s most dynamic, safe and livable cities.
The successful candidate would work within the Primary School Leadership Team and specialise in maintaining the quality and development of our Primary pastoral curriculum and wellbeing and student leadership programmes. The Primary School consists of three-form entry from a Nursery/Reception unit to Year 6. Our school is a modern purpose-built campus near the Han River and within easy distance of many exciting local resources to enhance student learning.
At least 8 years teaching experience is required in the U.K. or overseas (preferably teaching the English National Curriculum), regardless of nationality. Successful middle leadership experience across EYFS to KS2 is an advantage. All applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a first degree plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE, or international equivalent).
In return the successful candidate will be joining a thriving and very successful school with small class sizes, motivated students and innovative staff. There will be access to excellent resources and dynamic and thoughtful colleagues in Seoul, and across the Dulwich group. An attractive salary (at generous tax rates) and a fully competitive overseas benefits package, including flight allowance, accommodation, living allowance, freight allowance, and comprehensive health coverage will be available.
