Water Mill is a popular and friendly one form entry primary school situated on the borders of Harborne and Selly Oak in Birmingham. We are looking for a talented, experienced and enthusiastic senior leader to build on the school's success and work in partnership with the Head Teacher, leadership team and governors.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Head who has enthusiasm, drive and vision and who can lead, motivate and inspire all members of our culturally diverse school community.
