Kingsley is about to join Cirrus Primary Academy Trust as the second school in the Trust and as a sponsored academy. Our sponsor, Avenue Primary Academy, is a Teaching School and provides opportunities for all staff to develop their careers. Our teachers will benefit from leadership opportunities in preparation for their next step, within our own school or within the Trust.
Leadership capacity is a priority and this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the school. The new team will join existing leaders, fully supported by the Executive Head and other leaders from the Teaching School.
Kingsley is a large primary school and just under half of the pupils are eligible for the pupil premium. The majority of pupils are from ethnic minority backgrounds. The school is located in the Broad Green area of Croydon and has good transport links, including Tramlink.
