To build on our success, we are now looking for a talented educational professional to join the leadership team at our thriving Unsted Park School in Godalming.

Unsted Park is a residential and day school and Sixth Form College that offers specialist education for boys and girls aged 7 to 19 with high functioning Autistic Spectrum Disorders and associated conditions such as OCD, PDA and ADHD. Working as part of a highly engaged and committed team, you will ensure the delivery of the best possible standards of education and care. This will involve more than complying with relevant statutory regulations, guidelines, governance and quality standards. You will be responsible for the smooth operational running of the school day, using your expertise to lead our teaching activities and drive continuous improvement in everything we do.

This influential role calls for a fully qualified teacher holding QTS with a great track record under OFSTED regulations. Along with experience of working with young people with complex special educational needs, you must be familiar with the hands-on running of a school. A good understanding of the use of data to inform school improvement is also essential.
