Are you committed and passionate about SEN Education? We are looking for the next school leader to join our established team.    This is a real opportunity to make a difference for the children that we teach.   This is a role which combines strategic development with operational delivery on a daily basis.

At Sutherland House school Positive Behaviour Support and Person-Centred approaches are of paramount importance and you will be able to contribute to the continued strategic and operational development of this.

We offer small Class groups, high staffing ratios and excellent opportunities for training and continued professional development.

As a member of the school leadership team you will play a critical role in the translation of its vision into clear objectives that promote and sustain measurable school development; ensuring that the school continuously improves and is aspirational for our students.

You will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the School Governing Body, Board of Trustees and Autism East Midlands’ Senior management team.

You will have responsibility for a defined area of the curriculum and School Development plan. In addition, you will maintain a defined teaching commitment.
