We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Heads’ Administrator who will provide day-to-day support for our Deputy Heads and deal with correspondence and enquiries from pupils, staff, parents, and outside agencies. He/she will also help to manage a number of academic systems that are integral to the smooth running of the Upper School. These may include: cover for teacher absence, staff duties, CPD budget and records, appraisal, and other records for teaching staff.
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week position), and normal working time is term time plus six weeks, with some reasonable working during holidays, such as on examination results days. The rate of pay is £24,500-£26,000 per annum.
