DEPUTY HEADTEACHER: ACHIEVEMENT AND EVALUATION

Salary: L26 –L30 (£81,372.00 to £89,406.00)
As the school has grown in recent years, we are now looking to recruit for September 2022 a leader of exceptional quality to join the Senior Leadership Team at our outstanding school of 2,000+ students. Potential candidates will be senior leaders who have a successful track record of school improvement.
There are two major strands to this role: the first is ensuring the closing of achievement gaps, with a focus on raising the aspirations of and developing the cultural capital of under-achieving groups, and leading effective whole school intervention strategies to address stubborn differences in achievement and outcomes.
The second major part of the role is to lead on review and evaluation of the effectiveness of the school. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of external review strategies, as we are keen for our school to develop further external collaborative links to secure continuous improvement.
