Following the successful promotion of our existing Deputy Headteacher to Headteacher, the children, staff and governors at All Saints’ Primary School are looking for a new Deputy Head to inspire us to greater achievement.
From September 2016 we are seeking a leader who:
- Is an outstanding teacher, who will inspire others to reach their full potential.
- Is determined to improve their practice and understands the value of effort.
- Has a successful track record of raising achievement across the Primary Curriculum.
- Has experience of teaching a range of ages in a Primary school.
- Has high emotional intelligence and understands how to get the most out of a team.
- Has experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs and an understanding of how to overcome barriers to learning.
- Is resilient and able to meet the challenges of school leadership.
- Is open to new ideas and ways of working in the pursuit of excellence.
- Will lead this Church of England school and develop its distinctively Christian character and vision for all its pupils.
- Will nurture and inspire our children, so that each child is kept safe and has access to the best educational opportunities.
- Is able to support and develop the school’s vision with children, parents, staff and governors.
