Deputy Headteacher

Deansbrook Infant School is a diverse community school in North London which was judged as 'Good' in our Ofsted inspection in July 2013. We are striving to achieve the best for our children and have an excellent team of professionals who have a creative, imaginative approach to education.

Due to the retirement of our current Deputy, we are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to work in close partnership with our Leadership and Management Team and drive our school forward.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who will:

• who is enthusiastic and passionate about young childrens’ learning and well-being
• promote our aims, vision and values
• consistently challenge and have high expectations for all
• Focus on raising the quality of teaching and learning across the school
• be able to plan strategically
• support the headteacher and the leadership team to work together in partnership with all those involved in the life of the school
