Beths Grammar School is a popular selective boys grammar school with a co-ed sixth form and academy status. The school was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2007 and again in 2012. Beths is an academic institution. It focuses on hard work and a high level of achievement by both students and staff.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational individual with a proven track record of raising standards, who can make a significant contribution in the Senior Leadership Team’s pursuit of excellence. Applications are welcome from suitably qualified and experienced candidates, regardless of whether they have grammar school experience.

The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for Key Stage 3 and 4 and Safeguarding. However, the responsibilities of the role may vary in the future depending on the strengths and experience within the Senior Leadership Team.

Closing date: 12 noon on Monday 29 February 2016
Interviews are expected to take place on 7 and 8 March 2016
