The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational, forward thinking Deputy Headteacher who has the enthusiasm and experience to work in partnership with the highly effective senior leadership team. Clarendon is on a journey of excellence, taking our school from good to outstanding.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

  • will share and develop the vision for the school, that is shaped by our ethos and values
  • be an outstanding classroom practitioner who supports the development of others
  • can develop the role of SENCO to ensure that all children flourish & achieve
  • leads a highly skilled team of support staff as well as developing teachers knowledge & understanding
  • will work effectively with the Deputy Headteacher that leads curriculum & assessment will be an advocate for inclusion
