The governing body is seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative senior leader. They must have a successful track record in leading inclusion, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of inclusion policies and practices. The successful candidate will work alongside the Headteacher and an energetic and forward thinking senior leadership team to ensure the school becomes an outstanding institution.

We are looking for a deputy head teacher who:

  • Is passionate about children's learning, and has a proven track record of raising attainment and developing the whole child
  • Is an outstanding teacher with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour 
  • Has experience of leading inclusion in a school environment
