Purpose of the role

Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher from 1st September 2019. 

This is a unique opportunity to join a leadership team at its inception and be instrumental in creating and establishing a school that aspires to be world class. 

You will have a proven track record of providing outstanding education leadership, ensuring the highest expectations and standards in teaching, learning, behaviour, community engagement and resource management. 

You will be an excellent communicator, a team player who is able to work under pressure and to manage effectively the complex process of change.

You will need a 'can do' attitude, covering many areas of leadership as the Academy grows yet continually striving for excellence. You will deputise for the Headteacher and be instrumental in shaping and leading a cutting edge teaching and learning community.
