Salary: L16 – 20  (£57,933 - £63,804) - dependent on skills and experience

The Governing Body seek exceptional, talented, innovative and inspirational leaders with a proven track record of school improvement to join our Senior Leadership Team. The opportunities arise from a restructure following the departure of two outstanding senior colleagues who have secured promotions as Headteacher and Vice Principal in two other Cornwall schools from September 2019.


Proposed job descriptions can be found in the Application Pack but final responsibilities will depend on the complementary skills, expertise and experience of the two successful candidates. You will have a clear vision of what excellence looks like and possess the drive and tenacity to put this vision into action to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.

Ofsted (Short Inspection November 2016) judged the school as ‘good’ stating, “Across the school we found that pupils were very keen to learn.  Pupils we spoke with enjoy coming to school and feel that they are making good progress.  Pupils are well-mannered and keen to tell visitors how good the school is and how it keeps them safe”.
