The school is seeking to appoint an outstanding, motivated, inspirational teacher and creative leader who is passionate about Curriculum, Data and Achievement. You will make a difference to the TEMA community. You will provide vision and strategic leadership to a team committed to improving outcomes for our young people. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with and motivate a wide range of people and students. Specific duties will depend on the experience of the person appointed. 

You will join a team of ambitious senior leaders and will assist the Senior Leadership Team in providing a high level strategic, management and operational direction for the school. You will have the opportunity to make a considerable impact on the future direction of the school.
