The school is seeking to appoint an outstanding, motivated, inspirational teacher and creative leader who is passionate about Curriculum, Data and Achievement. You will make a difference to the TEMA community. You will provide vision and strategic leadership to a team committed to improving outcomes for our young people. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with and motivate a wide range of people and students. Specific duties will depend on the experience of the person appointed.
You will join a team of ambitious senior leaders and will assist the Senior Leadership Team in providing a high level strategic, management and operational direction for the school. You will have the opportunity to make a considerable impact on the future direction of the school.

Shortlisting is scheduled to take place on Monday 11th June 2018 and interviews are scheduled to take place over two days which will be Thursday 14th and Friday 15th June 2018. As it is not possible to inform each applicant if they have been selected for interview, if you have not been contacted before the interview date please be aware that you will not have been successful on this occasion.
