Deputy Headteacher Curriculum, Standards, and Quality Assurance

The successful candidate will be passionate about helping every pupil to achieve their ambition, whilst leaving no child behind and will hold safeguarding central to all the systems, processes and strategies at school.

Do you consider yourself an exceptional and dynamic leader with extensive knowledge of the current educational agenda? Are you passionate about school improvement?

As the Deputy Headteacher, you will work alongside the Executive Headteacher and Leadership Team to ensure that our students make exceptional progress. You will be responsible for leading all areas of the curriculum, standards, and quality assurance to guarantee positive outcomes at all levels. With your strong analytical skills, you will be able to implement changes sensitively and evaluate rigorously to ensure that we continue to provide outstanding leadership to all aspects of the school.

We are looking for someone who can confidently demonstrate their ability to secure internal outcomes and influence externally. You will play a vital role in driving the development of our curriculum and timetable, promoting outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment, and implementing our vision to raise standards.
