The Deputy Headteacher (Director of Standards and Teaching School) is a new role monitoring standards and providing support and challenge to a number of schools within the Trust and leading the Chiltern Teaching School Alliance (CTSA).

The postholder will have:

  • a good understanding of teaching and learning and school improvement processes
  • ability to communicate well with Headteachers
  • high level of organisational skills
