Strategic Lead for Teaching and Learning and CPL

We are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher and inspirational leader as Deputy Headteacher at Colley Lane Primary Academy. This role is a superb opportunity for an ambitious leader, who has enthusiasm, drive and dedication, with aspirations to lead their own school in the future. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate innovative, excellent people skills and flexibility in your approach to leadership.  You will ‘lead from the front’ and inspire your teams to maximise the potential for each and every one of our children. 

As part of the Trust we work collaboratively with the other schools in our family, supporting each other and developing great practice. Every Teacher has a personalised development pathway with CPD opportunities such as: NPQML, NPQSL, NPQH, masters etc.
