Deputy Headteacher

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Deputy Headteacher at our small village school based in Co. Durham, which sits at the heart of the community.

The Governors seek to appoint a dedicated, experienced and inspirational teacher with senior management experience, to deputise for the Headteacher, who is employed on a shared basis (0.5) full time equivalent.

Applicants will need to provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change. They should have the proven ability to manage, nurture and develop the staff team, whilst driving forward success and attainment for all children.
