Following the recent promotion of our Deputy Headteacher to Headship, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our forward-thinking Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity for a highly-motivated, ambitious professional to join our high performing School and Sixth Form College. The Governors seek to appoint a practising Catholic to this post.
Candidates should have the following qualities:

- Passion and enthusiasm for education and an excellent understanding of current trends and initiatives in the state secondary sector
- Successful experience in a senior leadership role and a proven record of leading whole school improvement
