The Headteacher and Governors at Trinity First School wish to appoint a highly motivated Deputy Headteacher with exceptional leadership skills. We seek applicants who will work creatively and effectively to continue to build upon the many strengths of our school. We would love to hear from dedicated and inspirational candidates, who are passionate about teaching and have a proven track record in leading, motivating, inspiring and supporting children and colleagues alike. The role is part class-based (year group to be determined according to the skills and expertise of the successful candidate) with two days of dedicated leadership time per week. 

 We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

  • Enjoys leading, supporting, challenging and inspiring and empowering others in search of excellence
  • Is an excellent communicator who relates well to others
  • Uses their initiative to respond to school needs
