About the Role and You

Contract type: Full-time, permanent, term time only

Salary: Dependent on experience

As a Teacher and Deputy Head at our school, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging learning journey for our pupils, laying the foundations for an exceptional education with enthusiasm, creativity and a commitment to excellent pastoral care.

What do we expect from you?

Leadership

  • To work across the school to support the Head in delivering their vision for the school.
  • Promotion of the ethos and aims of the school.
  • Strategic leadership and operational responsibility for the welfare and pastoral care of pupils and Staff, working in collaboration with SLT.
  • Management of the appropriate budgets (for example: pastoral, pupil related, whole school events).

Teaching

  • This role requires you to teach KS2 students
  • Imaginative and inspirational teaching
  • High standards of delivery
  • Commitment to educational excellence

Qualifications and qualities

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified Teacher with a good honours degree relating to teaching
  • Has at least three years of teaching experience at KS2
  • Has the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Is flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic
