We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

- has a commitment to giving children the best start in life and developing positive attitudes
- has excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills that support teachers through coaching and mentoring to be successful practitioners and who will relate equally well to pupils, parents and staff
- has a clear vision and is able to build on the school’s traditional values and successes to keep it moving forward
- has a passionate commitment to develop learning and excellence for all our children
- has the drive to initiate, develop and promote exceptional practices to take the school aims forward
- has the strength to trust in the ability of their colleagues
- has the ability to lead, challenge, motivate and inspire all members of the school community
- is committed to continue to develop extra-curricular activities, trips, sports, art and music
- has the ability to further strengthen the existing links with our local partner schools
- is committed to drive forward our links with schools internationally
- has a focus on enriching the curriculum to excite our children through real learning experiences
