We are looking for an inspirational, enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Headteacher who will work closely with the Headteacher in the school’s ongoing journey toward excellence for all.
We are a looking for an individual who
- Will work with the Headteacher to determine and establish a clear, strategic vison and direction for the school.
- Can lead on a designated strategic area of the school development plan
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner
- Can support the leadership team in developing teaching and learning.
- Has experience of leading and developing successful teams.
- Can develop strong relationships with parents, carers and other stakeholders.
