As our Deputy Headteacher, you will play an essential role in upholding these values and driving forward our commitment to provide an excellent education. We are seeking a passionate leader with experience in both leadership and SEND, who shares our vision for sustaining a motivating and inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Collaborating with the Headteacher to develop and implement strategies for raising standards of achievement and improving outcomes.

· Providing leadership and support to staff in delivering high-quality SEND provision, ensuring learning meet the diverse needs of our students.

· Engaging with parents, carers, and external agencies to foster strong partnerships and promote the well-being of our students.

· Contributing to the wider leadership team, participating in school improvement initiatives, and driving forward our commitment to continuous improvement.

We are looking for a leader who:

· Is committed to continuous school improvement and able to bring innovation, creativity, new ideas and perspectives and has the drive and organisational skills necessary to lead strategic improvements

· Demonstrates high expectations for themselves and others

· Is committed to leading and modelling high quality-provision whilst maintaining their own excellent classroom practice

· Has established Early Years and/or Primary experience with a proven track record in improving teaching and learning

· Is ambitious and inspirational with a commitment to high standards and achievement who has had success in leading, managing, and inspiring others

· Has the experience and ability to creatively lead curriculum development of the school

· Fosters positive and supportive relationships within the school community

· Is resilient, highly motivated, and well organised
