North Mymms St Mary’s C E Primary School Deputy Headteacher Required for January 2018 Permanent - Salary Leadership Scale 5-9 (including London Fringe) We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational Deputy Head to work in partnership with the governors and Headteacher in leading our school onto the next exciting stage of its development. We are a one form entry village primary school where the staff, parents and governors care passionately about its future success.

North Mymms St.Mary's Primary is a church of England Voluntary Aided School, situated in Welham Green, catering for children from 4-11 years of age. We aim to provide an environment which enables each child to develop academically, spiritually, socially and physically to the fullest extent possible. Our school is caring and safe and lessons are interesting, exciting and fun. All members of our school community are made to feel welcome, valued and respected. Welham Green is a large village situated near Hatfield and in easy reach of the M25, St.Albans, Welwyn Garden City and by train to London. There is a variety of housing, both council and private and a variety of shops. The school has been regularly commended for our committed, caring and enthusiastic staff, both teaching and non-teaching. We currently have 149 children on roll.
