The children here at Medina House are looking for an inspirational interim deputy head to help our school to continue to be the best it can be.

We are looking for an outstanding professional with proven senior leadership experience, who has a commitment to high standards and to the constant progress of pupils with complex learning difficulties, aged 2-11 and the ability to work effectively with the whole school community. This will be a non-teaching post. As a Rights Respecting School, we are looking for someone who is a passionate advocate of the UN convention of the Rights of the Child.

We are dedicated to continuing the amazing progress the school has made. We can offer excellent professional development to the right candidate, in a rewarding and stimulating setting.

The management reporting line for this role is ultimately through Hampshire County Council Children’s Services Director/Assistant Director and managers who take operational responsibility for children’s services.
