The Trustees and Governors are seeking to appoint an ambitious, innovative and outstanding Deputy Headteacher to provide, in particular, leadership and direction for learning and teaching from pre-school to the Sixth Form. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills which would;

  • Continue to raise standards and improve educational opportunities for our students
  • Build on the considerable success of the school in recent years
  • Be able to lead our learning and teaching in an imaginative and motivational way
  • Maintain a high level of pastoral care and respond to the needs of all our students
  • Motivate, inspire and support all of our staff, and work closely with governors, Headteacher, parents and the local community
