The children, staff and governors of Highfield Primary School are looking for an ambitious, highly-motivated Deputy Headteacher to join our dynamic leadership team and contribute to the further success of our outstanding school.

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build professional relationships and support and develop colleagues.
  • Has a secure understanding of the school curriculum and assessment procedures for each phase.
  • Has a commitment to inclusion and broadening children’s experiences.

Shortlisting will take place on 23 February 2016. Shortlisted candidates will be observed teaching in their own schools (week commencing 7 March 2016) prior to the interview and assessment days which will be held on 16 and 17 March 2016.
