Horncastle Community Primary is a successful and popular school, serving the market town of Horncastle and the surrounding rural area. At three form entry, and with its own Nursery, our school is also one of the largest in the region.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join us on our journey, to assist the Headteacher in leading the development of our school as we move into an exciting new phase.
This senior role is key for the continued improvement of our school, and therefore prior experience of strategic leadership will be essential, particularly where there has been a positive impact on pupil progress.
Previous experience of teaching in, and leading, Key Stage 2 would be desirable, although the new deputy will influence our whole school, from Nursery to Year 6.
