Raynes Park High School is a vibrant, inclusive 11 – 19 secondary school at the heart of the local community. In the last inspection (October 2015), Raynes Park High School was judged to be a Good school overall and in all inspection areas.

While the students are at the centre of everything we do, we recognise and value our dedicated and committed staff, actively seeking ways to enable our staff to achieve a balance between the exacting demands of their profession and their lives outside work. We provide training and development throughout the year based on national trends and feedback from students and parents. 

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate to this new role. We are looking for an experienced, inspirational Deputy Headteacher with exceptional leadership skills to join an ambitious and committed Senior Leadership Team.  The successful candidate will have the vision and drive to lead on:

  • Curriculum design and timetabling to ensure students achieve their full potential
  • Teaching and learning to improve outcomes
  • Assessment

We are looking for a leader who will: 

  • Have excellent knowledge and relevant leadership experience
  • Be a clear strategic leader who shares our vision and positive ethos 
  • Be able to inspire and motivate staff and students to perform to their full potential
