White Spire School is a Special School catering for pupils aged 5-19 years with moderate and complex learning needs. White Spire is looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who can:
• Provide strong, inspirational and dynamic leadership
• Have an understanding and experience of complex needs
• Demonstrate a strong track record in raising standards
• Show exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors, education bodies, local businesses and the local authority to maximise outcomes for learners
