Langland Community School is currently looking for an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join the newly appointed Headteacher. We are an inclusive school that is highly ambitious for all its children. Our children offer an opportunity to work in an environment that supports different cultural and linguistic backgrounds where up to 52% of children live in income deprived households. 

Along with other members of the senior leadership team, the Deputy Headteacher will be centrally involved in the leadership and management of the school and will be responsible for raising the quality of teaching and learning and helping to establish a culture that is nurturing and rigorous.
