The Headteacher and Governors of this friendly, welcoming and inclusive school are looking to appoint a highly enthusiastic, motivated and outstanding practitioner to join our leadership team in continuing to drive forward the standards in our school.

You will lead a committed and enthusiastic team in partnership with the Headteacher and Assistant Heads.

Our new Deputy will:

  • Be a dynamic and creative practitioner with high expectations and a proven record of raising attainment.
  • Have a clear understanding of what constitutes excellent teaching and learning, and the ability to lead staff in these areas.
  • Have vision with proven leadership, management and communication skills.
  • Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Be passionate about developing community links and learning opportunities for all.
