This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational and highly motivated practitioner to join our Senior Leadership Team from September 2018, or sooner. The successful candidate will play an active and influential role in all aspects of school leadership; and will have a key part in shaping the school's strategic plan in response to our improvement priorities as well as maintaining the school’s distinct Catholic ethos. The ability to lead on the pastoral and Catholic life of the school is desirable, however specific roles and responsibilities will be determined in line with your skills and experience.

Holy Family has undergone a period of transition and is keen to build and develop upon the energy, vision and commitment of the existing leadership team. The governing body have a focused strategy aiming to take the school towards a Good status by June 2019, and this is an excellent opportunity for you to play a key part of the rapid improvement that has already taken place. Applications are welcomed from colleagues seeking progression from Assistant to Deputy Headship in a rapidly improving school with excellent links to CPD within the local authority as well as the diocese. We also encourage applications from experienced colleagues seeking to support and develop our school on its’ journey towards excellence.

We are a North Yorkshire school in the south of the county, serving Selby, Brayton and the neighbouring villages. We also welcome students from the East Riding, from Howden, Goole, Old Goole and surrounding villages, and from Stainforth, Thorne and Moorends, near Doncaster.
