The Directors of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a committed, Deputy Headteacher to this popular Catholic Primary School from January/April 2022. 

This vacancy offers a wonderful opportunity for a talented and successful leader to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, CEO, and the Directors of Performance and Standards of the Trust. The senior Leaders form a solid team, and you will also be expected to make a positive contribution to the overall development of the Trust.

We are a one-form entry school, held in high esteem by the Pupils, Parents, and the Parish community.  Located on the outskirts of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire’s largest Georgian market town, we are easily accessible by road, from both the M1 and A1, and by rail.

• Be a practising Catholic with a strong faith commitment and clear vision for Catholic education

• Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire our children on their faith journey 

• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner and have a clear commitment to raising standards through leadership and support for other staff

• Work in close partnership with the Headteacher to further the shared vision of the school

• Have a passion to ensure that every child succeeds and is treated as an individual

• Take a lead on developing the quality of education in school by supporting subject leads to devise a progressive and cohesive knowledge rich curriculum that is ambitious for all our children.
