Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral

The role:

Due to the continuing growth of the academy, we are seeking an outstanding individual to join our collaborative, experienced and dedicated team in January 2023. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in supporting our current pastoral system to ensure our pupils to “Be the Best they can be”.

The role of Deputy Headteacher, Pastoral at Bloxwich Academy, will be responsible for driving our whole school culture, policy and practice for pastoral support and behaviour for learning. Bloxwich Academy is a vibrant and successful school rated “Good” by Ofsted. We are over-subscribed in all year groups.

The role holder will have significant leadership and the management experience of pastoral care and behaviour management. You will also be keen to develop inclusion, diversity and community engagement.
