We are now looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to lead on Quality of Education and join us in an exciting time in our School and Trusts journey. We are looking for someone who gets who we are at Ormskirk, can inspire our school community, build on the excellent practice already in place and contribute to the Trust as a whole.

As the new Deputy Headteacher – Quality of Education you will:

  • Have an effective leadership style that encourages innovation and confidence and develops a positive culture amongst staff.
  • Possess a dedication to providing students with the best education possible and have the vision, passion and proven track record in school improvement to ensure significant improvements in performance across the school.
  • Be someone with the ability to motivate and inspire students, staff and parents with a strong sense of teamwork and can lead by example, influencing decision-making and shaping policies.
  • Be aspirational, with an uncompromising commitment to improving educational outcomes for all students.
