Moulsham High School has a strong record of academic success and has consistently been ranked as the highest performing non-selective secondary school in Essex.  Our curriculum has been thought through in depth and embedded and developed over time. We are looking for an outstanding senior leader who shares our values and possesses a substantial track record of success in the strategic leadership of: teaching, learning and assessment; curriculum development and securing superb outcomes. This role is pivotal to the continued success of the school and will provide the successful candidate with the breadth of experience and skills required for future Headship.  


The Deputy Headteacher: Quality of Education is part of a Senior Leadership Team of six who work together closely and are totally committed to moving the school further forward.
