We have built very strong foundations – our recent Ofsted confirmed our status as a Good school, we have developed an inclusive and collaborative culture where staff and pupils are supported to give their best and at the very heart of our approach is an unwavering commitment to high standards.
We are now looking for an inspirational Deputy Headteacher who shares our commitment and has the skill to drive the very best outcomes for every single child in our school.

- Bring a clear track record of developing excellent teaching and learning
- Have a deep understanding of what makes a great school and the required skills and personal character to develop this
- Bring a solid track record of curriculum development and school improvement, alongside a flair for building capacity through challenge, support and coaching
- Have a firm grasp of the national picture including the new Ofsted Inspection Framework
- Understand the importance of excellent engagement with parents, carers, staff and the entire community we are so proud to serve.
In return, we offer:
- An opportunity to be part of a new leadership team
- A talented and diverse cohort of children who have an excellent attitude to learning
