Job overview
The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint a Leader who is an ambitious and inspirational teacher. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to share good practice, have an understanding of the challenges facing pupils in hospital. You will take a leading role in moving the school forward demonstrating enthusiasm, resilience, passion and excellent leadership in a complex and changing scenario.
The school delivers daily education in a hospital setting to children and young people aged 2 to 19 years.
Candidates should have:
- An excellent track record of successful strategic leadership including data analysis at middle leadership level or above
- Knowledge and experience of outstanding teaching and learning
- A commitment to the opportunity and challenges in leading hospital school education today
