The Trust, Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher with strong leadership skills to help drive the school forward on its journey of improvement. We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher, to work with our committed, caring and hardworking staff, as we further develop our educational provision to raise aspirations and a love of learning for all. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Headteacher and empower an amazing team to achieve its vision.

·      Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of raising standards

·      Has a sound knowledge of curriculum development

·      Has a deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and practices

·      Has experience of working in a school in an area of high deprivation and meeting the needs of all children

·      has the vision and dedication to take on the challenge of joining the leadership team of this improving school

·      has a love of learning, which will inspire staff and children
